A system that is serviced regularly runs quieter, uses less energy and lasts longer. Filters, coils, fans and drains all collect dust across a Melbourne year, and a build up makes the unit work harder for the same result.

Gas ducted heaters should be checked regularly by a licensed technician. Along with efficiency and airflow, we test for carbon monoxide and inspect the heat exchanger, burner and flue.

If a heater is at the end of its life we will tell you honestly and quote a replacement rather than keep repairing it.

How often should my system be serviced?

Once a year is a good baseline, timed just before the season you use it most. Systems that heat and cool all year, or homes with pets and heavy dust, benefit from twice a year.

Do you service systems you did not install?

Yes. We service and repair most major brands regardless of who installed the system.

Can you repair an older system?

Often yes. Where parts are no longer available or the repair cost approaches replacement value, we will say so and give you a quote for both options.

Do you provide a report after a service?

Yes. You receive a summary of what was checked and anything we recommend keeping an eye on.
