SPLIT SYSTEM

Split Systems are probably the most common form of cooling. A split system offers you full control and is ideal for cooling individual areas of your home. Different people like different temperatures and this can cause problems for a family. Place a ‘split system’ in each room and problem solved! Each system can be controlled independently so no one can complain of being too hot or too cold.

HOW IT WORKS

‘Split System’ refers to air conditioning units that are ‘split’ into two parts – the compressor, which is located outside and the head unit, which is mounted indoors on the wall, ceiling or floor.

INVERTER TECHNOLOGY

An inverter model is more powerful, yet more energy efficient than non inverter models.

Inverter technology works by gently increasing or decreasing the power. It reaches the desired temperature quicker and maintains it without wild (stop/start) fluctuations. This results in uniform comfort and significant energy savings.

In contrast, Non Inverter Air Conditioners operate at a fixed speed.  They deliver a fixed amount of cooling. As they try to maintain the set temperature they stop and start’.  Start up is the time most power is used.  Hence they are not as efficient as Inverter models.

Consider using an Air Purifier in conjunction with your Daikin cooling system.  Place your Air Purifier opposite your split system. As a result you will achieve optimal circular airflow effect.  Daikin Air Purifiers are approved by the National Asthma Council’s Sensitive Choice® program.

MULTI HEAD
A multi head split system air conditioner can heat or cool , 2-5 rooms using one outdoor condenser. This removes the need for multiple outdoor units.  Most of all, it allows individual control of each air conditioner. in each room.
