I am extremely pleased with the manner in which Comfort Heating & Cooling has dealt with this project, from the first contact phone call, subsequent emails and then, of course, the professional manner in which all staff members handled their specific roles.

It is so wonderful to have an efficient heating system in my home and I look forward to what the cooling provides when the weather becomes hot again!

We don’t often write to commend tradesmen on their work but in this instance we are compelled to.

The professionalism and work ethos of both Rory and Jack were exceptional.  During the week that they were installing our hydronic heating, they both worked tirelessly and with exceptional  integrity.  They demonstrated respect and were courteous at all times.

Their working conditions were such that the boys had to navigate themselves under our home that had extensive challenges – tight access and with water and mud that had accumulated due to what we believe resulted from broken water pipes.  Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Rory and Jack have redeemed our faith in tradesmen and we cannot commend them highly enough.

They are a credit to both their families and their employer.

Fantastic advice & service from my first phone call enquiring about replacing old gas heater & ancient wall air conditioner in rental property with new reverse cycle split system. Had the government rebate systems explained, which we qualified for, making it much cheaper. I’d been stressing about all the elements of the job before I phoned Comfort but the team handled EVERYTHING making it easy. They were all very knowledgeable, professional and helpful (from initial enquiry, on-site quote, removal of old units, installation of new unit & repairs to hole in the wall plaster/brick from old air con). I rang this company to seek advice as to how to improve heating my 2 storey house, that is distribute the temperature evenly between upstairs and downstairs. The lady that took my call immediately suggested that I talk to someone in the team as they would be able to help me out. I was put through to Cameron and after a short discussion with him he suggested that someone come out to my house and see what improvements if any can be made. Lockie came out and spent a good deal of time checking out the flow of heat and even went into the roof to look at the unit and suggested a couple of things that could help. We recently had Comfort Heating and Cooling replace our ducted heating unit in our home. After obtaining 3 quotes, Comfort Heating and Cooling were substantially cheaper and based on online reviews we decided to go with them and what a great decision. Our replacement heating was originally booked in for the middle of May, however when we rang them in a panic to advise that we had several guests travelling from interstate to stay with us to attend a funeral they were only too happy to fit us in earlier. They worked from lunchtime until after 6.30pm (in the dark mind you) to complete the job and still made sure they cleaned up and vacuumed inside. All of the staff were so friendly and polite, and they made sure our dog did not escape outside at anytime during the day. It was fantastic to see such enthusiastic young workers who clearly enjoy their job, and Marcus made sure to attend the site and stay for the last hour of work to ensure everything was on track and help complete the job – a special mention to the young worker with the great singing voice who kept our guests entertained whilst working away under our house! Don’t use anyone else but Comfort Heating and Cooling and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Marcus and guys – we really appreciate how you came through for us and did such a great job.

We first contacted Comfort Heating & Cooling for cooling solutions to our 2 upstairs bedrooms which get extremely hot in summer and our study downstairs. Sadly for us the option of upgrading our current ducted heating system to allow for refrigerated cooling as well was not an option, so Marcus set about working out the most suitable and cost effective solution for our requirements. After taking a lot of things into consideration on which units would work best in each room, with safe and efficient means of installation being paramount, we were pleased with Marcus’ suggestions (2 x floor standing; 1 x wall mounted) and quoted cost. The installation team (headed by Emilio) arrived on the designated installation day at the time given and worked quietly and cleanly until all systems were installed. We had one small hiccup with the installation of one of the condenser/inverters and the office staff, along with the installation team, were extremely helpful and were soon able to provide a workable solution that fixed the problem. Unfortunately for us the electrician (Josh) was not able to be on site on the same day as the installation but came the next working day, at the designated time, and swiftly hooked all 3 units up and had them working in no time. All Comfort Heating & Cooling installers who came into our home to complete our project worked quietly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves so you would not know they had even been there if you hadn’t been there to see it all happen. We would highly recommend Comfort Heating & Cooling as a company who will provide you with the heating/cooling solution you need at a price that won’t break your budget and will then get it installed in a very streamlined and professional manner. We have had a Daikin multi head system for nearly 20 years and have been very happy with it’s performance and reliability. Regrettably, we have recently had some issues with it and with its age, parts are no longer available. The Actron technician that I called first identified a faulty isolator switch.  Once alerted to the problem you responded very quickly and your electrician Cameron was here within 2 days and replaced the faulty switch.

Our Evap Cooler failed on Saturday last week my neighbour gave me Brett’s contact details, whom I contacted around midday on the Monday, and Brett straight away was doing all he could to arrange a service technician to inspect and rectify the fault.

Great job from, and thanks to, Marcus, Alex and Connor from Comfort Heating & Cooling Pty Ltd who installed a Daikin split system in our Deepdene home yesterday. We have had the pleasure of Comfort Heating & Cooling services in previous homes and have been delighted. We are always amazed by the absolute professionalism of their team and high quality of their installed products (as they only supply trusted and tried manufacturers) and their on-time, courteous and efficient installation is always impressive. This unit was installed yesterday and Marcus’s team installed this in an operation that was a well-oiled machine of Marcus project managing his team of installers (Alex and Connor on this occasion) and electrician. What we appreciated was their overcoming obstacles from our difficult install into a wall cavity between the plaster board and a border brick wall (without the need to cut along the plaster board to install other than where the unit goes), installing the engine of the unit on the roof (with the use of a mini lift for OH&S considerations), and down to the water drainage pipe outlet neatly installed into the down pipe. Well done team. We will be back as needed or recommending you to our family and friends. Another nice touch was that free of charge, Marcus offered and delivered changing some ceiling vents for our evaporative air cooling which had nothing to do with their company but that is the sort of pride they take in their work and customer satisfaction. A 5 star service, thanks.

Well that was a surprise to get that job done early…..now the pressure is with the girls to get the blinds and curtains in. That is all that is now required for completion. Both Angelo and his offsider (Hilton?) did an excellent job and were very helpful, pleasant but industrious. I’d like to make it known how I appreciated Angelo in particular, for going beyond the normal and getting the drain installed without having to open holes in plasterboard walls. This saved me a lot of time consuming work. It is very difficult to get a near perfect patch in these circumstances. I guess the boss won’t like this but he deserves the bonus for this week! Well as a minimum he should buy Angelo a few new sharper hole saws to deal with the old dry hardwood.!!!! And we’ll certainly get you for an installation here at Balwyn as part of a renovation.

We seem to have had a lot of tradesmen in the past who don’t end up being very good at their job and a lot who don’t do the things they say they will, so we approached this issue with a lot of trepidation. Thankfully, our experience with your company has been fantastic at all levels, and we couldn’t be happier with the new unit. Tony came to give us the quote and came across as extremely knowledgeable, competent and thorough. He actually spent a lot of time examining the layout of the existing ducts – unlike any of the other companies who quoted on the job. This was a major factor in deciding to go with your company even though there was a lag time of a couple of weeks. Comfort Heating & Cooling staff also notified us when they said they would and came when they said they would to install the unit (not something we’re used to unfortunately!) Furthermore, the guys who came on the day – lead by Paul and Richard were excellent, and we greatly appreciated the fact that a couple of extra guys came in later in the day to ensure that the installation would be completed on that Friday rather than leave us without heating over another weekend. And of course, the new unit works fantastically and actually heats areas in our house that have always been cold.
